A great day was had by all at the “Prom” on Oddicombe Beach, with a lot of great performances by groups from across the region – we are definitely looking forward to JA Proms 2020 !
PBTRA – Coffee Morning
Really chuffed to be asked to play at Marilyn’s coffee morning again, helping to raise funds for the PBTRA – even a little rain failed to spoil the fun! Tea and cake all round and tremendous total just short of £840 raised.
Shoalstone Pool – Opening Day
A wonderful morning in the sun helping with the official opening of our pool for the 2019 season. It was great fun playing for all the friends of Shoalstone Pool, let us hope we have a wonderful season.

Golden Wedding Tea Party
Sid & Marcia from Winkleigh, are celebrating 50 years of marriage. To celebrate this momentous achievement they decided that a tea party with friends and family was in order. The Riveria Ukulele Band were asked to play – to add extra sparkle to the special tea party.

Barton Hill Academy
We had a wonderful time this morning at Barton Hill Academy, Torquay – sharing in the enthusiasm for the ‘ukulele. During the set pupils from Year 3 joined us on-stage for a great version of “Rockin’ Robin” by the Jackson Five, and by the sound of their singing “Blame It On Me” – George Ezra appeared to be a popular song !

“The Closing Day was on 23rd September when there was a game between the Ladies & Gents, with a theme of ‘Red, White & Blue. The evening was finished off with a visit by the ‘Riviera Ukulele Band’ who had everyone in the Club singing along to their music. An excellent evening !”
